The Electrical Imagineer is a pinnacle role leading the design and installation of imaginative electrical solutions including Smart Home and advanced electrical technologies in multi-family complexes and luxury home remodels.

Primary Responsibilities:

Design - lead the design for imaginative electrical wiring of new multi-family residential complexes, helping to differentiate the complexes and deliver sustainable and innovative approaches.
Installation – Handle installation of new construction wiring and electrical systems; ensure all municipal codes are complied with and make sure power is properly and safely distributed from power source to main circuit breaker; proficient in reading and following blueprints.
Technology - lead Smart Home installation, repair, and maintenance, utilizing Lutron, Pro Residential, Nest Pro, and Klus sustainable, efficient and advanced technology solutions.
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: transport, set up and fix equipment, setup and deploy camera and lighting techniques; audio visual technician skills like pulling and terminating cable, connecting wires and mounting equipment monitors, audio and visual recording equipment, video screens; editing software.

Qualifications:

  • Active Colorado Residential (RW) License
  • Minimum 2 years Low Voltage experience
  • Minimum 1 year Lutron RadioRA2 experience
  • Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) credentials a plus!
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office apps
  • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines
  • Innovative and imaginative thinking and creative problem solving
  • Safety Leadership
  • Passionate, student of the evolving electrical trade
  • Proven mechanical/technical aptitude and strong math skills
  • Detail oriented; organized; self-motivated.
  • Strong communication skills including reading, writing, and verbal
  • Strong Work Ethic
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver’s License, clean driving history & evidence of insurability
  • Reliable transportation
  • Clean criminal record (Must be able to pass a background check)
  • Drug-free; drug testing is part of final review

Physical Requirements:

  • Generally, job consists of 10% sitting, 45% walking, and 45% standing.
  • Ability to work in restrictive areas
  • Moving and occasionally lifting 51 – 150 Lbs
  • Carrying tools and materials up to 400 Ft
  • Pushing, pulling, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling
  • Working in confined areas, such as crawl spaces and attics
  • Climbing ladders, scaffolds, and roofs of all heights
  • Working in extreme weather conditions
  • Able to distinguish colored wires
  • Digging trenches

Work Environment:

Inside or Outside in all types of weather and climates (heat, cold, rain, snow, etc.).  Generally a hazard free environment.
